Cancellation & Weather Policy

Cancellation by Client

• More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund of any deposit or payment, or free reschedule to another available date.

• Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund. You may transfer the booking to another person or apply the payment as a credit toward a future tour (valid for 12 months).

Weather & Uncontrollable Conditions

Safety comes first. If we determine that weather, high water, flooding, extreme heat/cold, or other conditions make the tour unsafe or significantly compromise the experience, we will contact you as early as possible and offer one of the following options at no extra charge:

• Reschedule to another mutually agreed date

• Convert the payment into a credit valid for 12 months

We use our local, boots-on-the-ground knowledge of the Ozarks (rivers, springs, private land access, and current conditions) to make these decisions. Light rain or overcast skies do not cancel a tour, as these conditions can create excellent photographic opportunities.

Other Uncontrollable Events

In the rare case of circumstances beyond anyone’s control (serious illness, family emergency, major travel disruption, or similar), please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you in good faith to reschedule or provide a credit whenever possible.

No-Shows

Failure to appear at the agreed meeting time is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable or credited towards a future tour.
